Turf quality results are possible in approximately 30 days for generally about one-third or less than the cost of traditional sod. Hydroseeding is  a process whereby mulch (wood or paper) is mixed with water, grass seed and sometimes fertilizer and sprayed on a prepared site to re-vegetate or establish sod. The mulch acts as ‘micro-climate’ that prevents evaporation, enhances germination and speeds up plant growth. Green Grass Hydroseeding offers a wide variety of vegetation restoration such as new lawns, refurbishment of existing lawns, erosion control, wetlands restoration, native and wildflower plantings and stream bank/riparian area restoration. We also offer tree planting, landscape consultation programs and an organic fertilization service to help you manage your property.
